Debbie Jay is wonderful! I’ve had a bad experience at a different med spa (different company) so I decided I would drive much further and give Total Med a try. I’m so happy I did. My last injections to my nasolabial folds and smile lines were a complete fail. They did not last a week! I explained to Debbie the situation and she explained what went wrong, the product I should use to treat one part of my concerns, explained what to expect from what she was doing that day and recommended another procedure (one that they don’t perform so she was not upselling me) to achieve the level of results I want. I found that the previous injector was not transparent and essentially allowed me to throw away my money.

Debbie made me feel calm and at ease throughout the procedure. My last experience left me extremely bruised. I did not have a single bruise from Debbie’s treatment. Further, Debbie provided me with ways to keep in touch. Even while not at work. She told me her schedule and gave me her email to ensure I can reach her at all times. I am so appreciative of Debbie’s level of communication and care. I am very satisfied with my results and plan to only utilize her skills and expertise going forward.
